    Job Summary

    Working as a Catering Sales Consultant, your main responsibility is developing new and existing relationships and building sales directly to these businesses for their catering needs. These catering events can range from daily to yearly and anything in between. You will work with the other people within Corporate Essentials and more directly those on the Martin and Fitch team. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead Generation: Conduct industry research to identify and target potential corporate catering clients.
    • Prospecting: Actively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods.
    • Client Engagement: Understand and address the needs of new and existing clients to drive sales.
    • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients using exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Follow-Up: Maintain and update contact lists, ensuring continuous engagement with clients.
    • Sales Coordination: Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales efforts.
    • Market Analysis: Evaluate market potential, track sales performance, and manage status reports within CRM.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years direct B2B catering sales experience. Superior quantitative, oral and written communications and problem-solving/strategizing skills
    • Excellent overall computer skills with knowledge of Hubspot
    • Proactive mindset to anticipate and support changes in our business
    • Conformity to the highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behavior
    • Exceptional customer service abilities
