Senior Product Manager | IP&O

As a Senior Product Manager at Epicor, you will lead the strategic vision and execution of our Inventory Planning & Optimization (IP&O) solutions, shaping the future of inventory management through advanced forecasting, AI-driven insights, and process optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative products that align with evolving customer needs and market trends while ensuring exceptional business impact.

What you will be doing:
  • Define and execute the vision for Epicor's IP&O solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Assist in evaluating and updating pricing models based on customer value analysis. Develop the product portfolio, roadmap, and innovation index.
  • Lead the development and implementation of demand forecasting, production scheduling, capacity planning, and distribution requirements planning solutions. Leverage statistical modeling, simulation, machine learning (ML), and artificial intelligence (AI) to drive process optimization.
  • Work closely with engineering, data science, quality assurance, and UX/UI teams to develop and refine high-quality IP&O solutions. Collaborate with product marketing to provide sales enablement and mentor other team members.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize outcomes. Continuously evaluate market trends and customer feedback to inform roadmap prioritization. Analyze potential partner relationships and manage existing partnerships.
  • Communicate effectively with executive leadership, providing updates and advocating for IP&O initiatives. Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive collaboration and ensure product success.

  • Expertise in statistical modeling, simulation, machine learning (ML), and artificial intelligence (AI) to drive predictive analytics and automation.
  • Hands-on experience in strategic planning and business case development to define and implement product strategies.
  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and project management skills, ensuring execution aligns with business goals.
  • Experience in the software industry and ERP systems, with an understanding of how technology enhances inventory management.
  • Ability to influence without authority, driving cross-functional alignment and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess product performance, market trends, and competitive positioning.

Range:

Minimum: $80,000.00 USD Maximum: $180,000.00 USD
