The Compliance Process Administrator is responsible for the management of compliance processes, including the organization-wide policy process and supporting database. Provides administrative support to the compliance department by performing a variety of day-to-day tasks including organizing, coordinating meetings and events, taking minutes during meetings, communicating through verbal and written channels, proofing various documents, completing invoices/check requests and record keeping responsibilities along with other special projects.

Duties:



  • Demonstrates commitment and behavior aligned with the philosophy, mission, values and vision of Network Health
  • Manages, updates and audits the policy process flow procedure
  • Partners with business owners to complete policies and ensure approval of such policies timely
  • Manages all the content and organization of the Network Health organization-wide policies
  • Provides guidance for business owners regarding contract management processes
  • Produces various reports for the department, as needed
  • Processes various invoices and requests checks as necessary for the compliance department, and facilitates sending the documents to finance
  • Monitors and manages all compliance work plan documents in support of various contracting initiatives
  • Produces all necessary meeting, presentations and trainings on policy management
  • Arranges and coordinates meetings and events
  • Prepares and edits reports, correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
  • Proof reads copy for spelling, grammar, and layout, making appropriate changes. Responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy
  • Record, transcribe and distribute meeting minutes
  • Reviews operating practices and implements efficiencies, where necessary
  • Retrieves and sorts mail daily for the compliance department
  • Other duties, as assigned


Requirements:



  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience providing administrative support required, preferably within insurance or healthcare setting.
  • Medical terminology preferred.
