Mission Essential Personnel Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent Valid VA or NC Driver's License Minimum of one (1) year General Maintenance/Facilities experience Prior Electrical experience strongly preferred Job Summary Performs general maintenance as directed and as necessary on all aspects of building structure and systems to include floors, walls, ceilings, lighting HVAC, transportation systems, mechanical electrical, plumbing and other items.Refrigerant Recovery certification Type I and Type II preferred or Universal preferred. Qualifications: HS - High School Grad or Equivalent (Required) Driver's License - Certification - Other/National, Driver License - Certification - North Carolina Division of Motor Vehicles (NCDMV), Driver License - Certification - Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (VDMV), Refrigerant Transition and Recovery Certification Type 1 (Small Appliances) - Certification - Other/National, Refrigerant Transition and Recovery Universal Certification - Certification - Other/National Facility MaintenanceSkills Sentara Healthcare prides itself on the diversity and inclusiveness of its close to an almost 30,000-member workforce.
