Auburn University Athletics
is seeking a dynamic and collaborative professional to join our team as the Assistant Director of Game Operations. The individual in this position assists with planning, coordinating, and executing the game day operations for designated Auburn University athletic sporting events. Works as part of a team in the execution of game day operations.

Essential Functions |
- Serves as the point of contact for all event management aspects of assigned sports and events. Assigned sports include Volleyball, Baseball, & Football Concourse Operations. Other duties are assigned for sports game day as needs are determined.
- Coordinates with other departments, internal and external, to ensure that event needs are communicated, coordinated, and executed efficiently for assigned sports.
- Collaborates with the Director in ensuring appropriate staffing of student and temporary employees to execute duties.
- Ensures assigned athletic events are conducted in accordance with university, local, federal, National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), and Southeastern Conference (SEC) rules and regulations.
- Complies with all applicable NCAA and SEC regulations in the performance of job duties.

Education:Bachelor's degree
Experience:1 year of experience in gameday operations and athletic event management is required. |
