Essential Job Duties
Implementing a GUI to a existing 700 GB cutting edge strawberry genomic database. This will be in collaboration with University of Maryland and the Shenzhen Technology Institute. The successful individual will be responsible for (a) implementation of a GUI on a local computer station. (b) facilitating the implementation of a web-based GUI in collaboration with the NCSU data center.
The successful candidate needs to be able to work with the Shiny App in R, Python, HTML and must have advanced understanding of complex data bases and data base visualization.

This is a collaborative position that requires communication between different Universities as well with centers at NCSU.
