Essential Job Duties |
Duties include:
- Organizing and maintaining laboratory, greenhouse, and chemroom space, moving, and ordering supplies. Maintaining inventories needed in the lab and safety plans
- Submitting surplus requests, purchase orders, Pcard reports
- Evaluating protocols, weekly plans, and schedules with supervisor and student employees
- Seed and maintain plants in greenhouse space and establish and maintain greenhouse/lab mite colonies
- Assisting in laboratory bioassays, fieldwork, and chemical applications, as well as coordinating field and lab projects with farm and research station collaborators, and industry representatives
