Job Purpose: Plans and directs the activities related to the incoming inspection functions in a manner which meets company standards and methods as determined by quality assurance or other engineering departments. Manages the activities of the team and is responsible for staffing decisions, training and development,and performance management of the staff.Outlines and implements training procedures of employees for the inspection operation including drawings, prints, schematics and quality assurance standards. The Receipt Inspection supervisor is responsible for timely execution of inspection Nature of Duties/Responsibilities: Supervise Incoming quality inspection work cell and manage training, performance reviews, and career development of inspection team. Develop metrics and procedures and execute them based on company goals. Be responsible for cooperation between receiving and inspection work cell to resolve Education and Experience:

Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package.
