Job Title: Business Logistics Coordinator
Location(s): Irving, TX
We are looking for a Device Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to manage device shipping and receiving, mailbox management, and remote device inventory for our team. This contractor will play an essential role in overseeing the logistics of devices as they are shipped, received, and inventoried. The Coordinator will also work closely with supply chain teams to ensure timely processing and tracking of all devices. The role requires independence, organization, and proficiency with Google Sheets and Excel to create and manage reporting as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound device shipments, ensuring all devices are tracked and accurately documented.
- Oversee mailbox management and ensure devices are properly distributed to the appropriate teams or locations.
- Maintain and track remote device inventory, ensuring records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Partner with the supply chain team to ensure smooth coordination of device shipments, including troubleshooting and resolving any shipping or inventory discrepancies.
- Use Google Sheets and Excel to create reports on device inventory, shipment statuses, and other logistics-related data.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, while collaborating with remote teams and leadership for support and updates.
- Maintain organized and efficient systems for managing devices and supplies, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in device shipping, receiving, or logistics management, preferably in a technology or supply chain environment.
- Strong proficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including experience with reporting, data entry, and formula-based tracking.
- Ability to work independently in an office environment and effectively partner with remote teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and troubleshoot with cross-functional teams, including supply chain and logistics.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to identify issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in inventory management or shipping logistics, especially related to technology devices.
- Familiarity with shipping platforms or logistics tools (e.g., FedEx, UPS, etc.).
- Experience in managing or coordinating device deployment for remote teams.
