The targeted hiring range for this part-time position is $15.90 - $20.67 plus commission depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Job Description

Join our dynamic retail team as a Part-Time Retail Associate in our Laurel, United States location! We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide product information and recommendations to meet customer needs
  • Operate cash registers and process various forms of payment accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays
  • Manage inventory, including restocking and organizing products
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards
  • Participate in loss prevention efforts and adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required for entry-level candidates
  • Passion for creating positive customer experiences and driving sales
