Job Title: Accounting Manager About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the corporate accounting month-end close process, preparing financial reports and statements, and ensuring compliance with financial reporting requirements, including 10K/10Q disclosures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial analysis, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the corporate accounting month-end close process. Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and statements. Ensure accuracy and compliance in the preparation of financial information for 10K/10Q disclosures. Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and financial planning. Supervise and mentor accounting team members, ensuring efficient workflow and professional development. Collaborate with external auditors and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Assist in developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes and controls. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field (Required). Master's Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field (Preferred). Minimum of 6 years of accounting experience, including financial statement responsibility. At least 3 years of public accounting experience. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
