Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Director, Decision Support (Remote)!

Position Status: Full-time, Day Shift

Position Location: This position is 100% remote.

Candidates must have a current residence in one of the following states or be willing to relocate:

Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington State, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming

Standard Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (ET).

Minimum Requirements:

• 5 years of healthcare management experience required
• A Bachelor's level degree is required
• Leadership experience is required
• 5 years of analytics experience is required
• Experience in BI tools and BI tools delivery is required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree preferred

Position Overview:

Responsible for the design, project planning and implementation of decision support projects and production of reports which support the entire health system.

Salary Range: $ 119,901.60 to $ 158,536.56 annually.
