Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 (with hybrid option of 2 days work from home after a training period). This position may require evening and weekend hours for departmental activities and programs. Occasionally, additional hours may be needed for division and campus projects. Minimum Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications
Strong Communicator: Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team Player: Proven ability to work collaboratively with a variety of teams. Detail-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to ensure accuracy in all tasks. Tech-Savvy: Demonstrated proficiency with employment databases (e.g., PeopleSoft), Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office systems. Knowledge of payroll systems. Proactive: Proven experience as a self-starter who can lead initiatives and solve problems independently. Anticipated Hiring Range
