Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A

The Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A will play a pivotal role in driving Tenneco's financial strategy, with a primary focus on direct cash flow consolidation, liquidity forecasting, capital allocation optimization, and balance sheet management. This role will work closely with Senior Director and cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations that enhance cash efficiency, strengthen liquidity, and improve overall financial performance.

- Lead the direct cash flow consolidation process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting across all business units and geographies.

- Develop and manage liquidity forecasts, identifying potential risks or gaps and recommending mitigation strategies.

- Collaborate with Treasury and business unit leaders to ensure optimal cash positioning and efficient deployment of resources.

- Enhance visibility into cash flow drivers and implement improvements in forecasting accuracy and granularity.

- Drive continuous improvement in working capital management by partnering with operations, supply chain, and accounting teams.

- Analyze variances in free cash flow performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

- Establish metrics and KPIs to track and enhance cash flow performance at all levels of the organization.

- Evaluate and prioritize capital investments to maximize returns and align with strategic initiatives.

- Support executive decision-making with data-driven recommendations on resource allocation, including capital expenditures, M&A, and divestitures.

- Develop advanced financial models and analyses to assess ROI and other performance metrics for critical projects.

- Lead initiatives to optimize the company's capital structure, including debt and equity strategies.

- Partner with Treasury to align balance sheet management with liquidity and operational needs.

- Drive strategies to enhance return on invested capital (ROIC) and overall shareholder value.

- Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing insights and actionable recommendations on corporate finance strategies.

- Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, and business units to align on financial goals and compliance requirements.

- Drive a culture of excellence in FP&A processes, leveraging technology for automation and efficiency.

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- **Experience:**

- 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or related roles.

- Expertise in direct cash flow management, consolidation, and liquidity forecasting.

- Strong background in capital allocation optimization and balance sheet management.

- Experience in automotive or manufacturing industries is highly desirable.

- Proven leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to develop and lead high-performing teams.

**Technical Skills:**

- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and FP&A systems such as OneStream (preferred) or similar tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in complex environments.

- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with experience influencing senior leadership.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
