The Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A will play a pivotal role in driving Tenneco's financial strategy, with a primary focus on direct cash flow consolidation, liquidity forecasting, capital allocation optimization, and balance sheet management. This role will work closely with Senior Director and cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations that enhance cash efficiency, strengthen liquidity, and improve overall financial performance. Key Responsibilities Direct Cash Flow Consolidation and Liquidity Forecasting: - Lead the direct cash flow consolidation process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting across all business units and geographies. Cash Flow Management: - Drive continuous improvement in working capital management by partnering with operations, supply chain, and accounting teams. Capital Allocation Optimization: - Evaluate and prioritize capital investments to maximize returns and align with strategic initiatives. Balance Sheet Strategy: - Lead initiatives to optimize the company's capital structure, including debt and equity strategies. Leadership & Strategic Partnership: - Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing insights and actionable recommendations on corporate finance strategies.
