JLL seeks a dynamic Conference Center Concierge for a prestigious corporate environment in Charlotte. You'll manage bookings, curate events, and provide top-tier concierge services, creating lasting impressions for our high-profile client.

What will your day look like?

  • Assistclients in the planning and execution of their meetings in the conference center
  • Conduct regular site inspections of the entire conference center, the front and the back of the house
  • Direct andassistvisitors with all their conferencecenter needs
  • Provideaudio-visual support andassistanceas requested
  • Assistwith conference roomconfigurations
  • Providemonthly/quarterly/annualreporting appropriate forthe client, as requested
  • Greet and welcome arriving guests and visitors, and store baggage, coats, umbrellas, etc.Announce arriving visitors and direct them as necessary.
  • Offer beverage serviceand providepersonal escort to conference rooms as needed.
  • Assist with Food & Beverage setups and clean-ups
  • Oversee daily concierge operations in the department
  • Daily interaction with client and client's guests and employees
  • Comply withlocal and national codes and requirements for safety and sanitation levels in any areas of service
  • Establish and maintainsystems and procedures for ordering, receiving, and storing Conference Center and Food & Beverage supplies.Maintain the cafe stations as needed.

Who we are looking for:

Required

  • 2+ years of experience with events, concierge, booking systems, and hospitality.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with the ability and confidence to communicate with customers at all levels.
  • Computer literacy

Preferred

  • Previous experience working within a high-profile corporate environment
  • Facilities Management exposure

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
