Production Lead Associate AProduction Lead Associateplays a crucial role in ensuring consistent production of the highest quality products and provides support to the Production Supervisor. This position requires a zero-tolerance policy for any deviation from Safety, Health, Quality, or Sanitation standards. Great starting pay! $25.59/ hour. 3rdShift Openings(Mon-Fri, may include Sat/Sun in Bun Season) Competitive Benefits Package:Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement Plan,etc. What you will be doing: Account for labor and operational supplies accurately Followcompany policies and procedures,safety guidelines, sanitation practices,and wearappropriate personalprotective equipment Communicate with other departments for efficient equipment maintenance Maintain the integrity and certification of the SQF(Food Safety)system Report and take necessary action to prevent food safety and quality issues Participate in quality improvement and waste elimination effortsand provide support as needed Position Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older High school diploma or GEDpreferred Basic math skillsand communication skills Ability to understand labels, safety warnings, and chemical formulations Knowledge of sanitation principles in a food processing facility (preferred) Ability to stand, stoop, bend, climb, andlift for extended periods of time Ability to lift, push/pull up tofifty (50)pounds The physical and mental demands described in each job posting are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of each job.
