As an Product Manager Intern in the Electric Vehicle (EV) Product Management team, you will be challenged and offered the opportunity to make an impact across the business and be involved in the company's most critical business decisions. We are currently recruiting for our Summer 2025 EV program! What you will be doing in this role: Product Requirement Gathering & Collaboration
Own key EV products and initiatives Bring the end-user perspective to all product design and direction Ensure product development meets product and company goals efficiently Collaborate with external stakeholders to outline product and project requirements Help prioritize and break down work to have it developed by teams Communicate regularly with different teams to ensure deadlines are being met and product deliverables are prepared Use data, customer and market insights to drive product direction
Problem Solving & Innovation
Work with teammates to determine the best features for end users and customers Think outside of the box to bring innovative technology and products to users Use our product toolbox as a starting point to help create intuitive user experiences
You will:
Actively lead internal projects that deliver product initiatives Provide clear and consistent product vision for all development Nurture deep, trusted partnerships with your respective business teams Understand how your job is key to support the wider WEX organization and strategic goals Learn about the exciting and fast paced EV industry, and contribute your knowledge and skills to the team

Who we are looking for:
You should be an undergraduate, in a degree accredited program Electric Vehicle and/or Transportation experience preferred but not required Strong project management skills, including planning and execution Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting information Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment
The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
