Hourly: $21.00 - $23.00 Depending on experience The Administrative Supervisor will partner with the Administrative Manager to organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. The Administrative Supervisor will partner with the Administrative Manager to developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, office staff supervision and task delegation. The position requires strong attention to detail, customer service skills and the ability to adapt to a variety of tasks. The individual in this role is a willing and quick learner, as well as a self-starter with the ability to work independently on multiple tasks, simultaneously with little or no supervision. Previous experience in busy Will Call or Cash Reconciliation roles along with previous supervisory experience is preferred. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
