THE JOB:

Asa Spa Receptionist at Mandalay Bay, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your approachable, and personable demeanor, coupled with your dedication to provide delightful check-in experiences for guests, and maintain impeccable cleanliness levels will set the stage for the memories that guests can carry with them well past their stay with us.By delivering top-notch guest experiences, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.

THE STARTING RATE: $15

THE SCHEDULE: On Call

Mon to Sun: 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Ensure that the Receptionist area is clean and presentable for all incoming guests

• Provide individualized experiences by engaging with guests and personalizing recommendations to promote services, enhancements, upgrades and retail products

• Assist guests in the booking of Spa & Salon services

• Create exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests with questions, ensuring professional and courteous behavior

• Manage cash bank daily ensuring accurate charges

• Maintain knowledge and adherence to all departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies

• Inform management of all guest issues, needed supplies or equipment related issues

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age

• Currently holds or is able to obtain a Food Handler's Card
