THE STARTING RATE:$41.52 an hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Team Supervision & Coordination: Oversee and guide facilities technicians, ensuring work assignments are completed efficiently; review and close out work orders, and conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress and repair needs.

• Equipment Maintenance & Monitoring: Identify and assess equipment that requires repairs, adjustments, or replacement, and ensure all maintenance tasks and logbook entries are up to date.

• Work Area Organization: Ensure all equipment and work areas are maintained in a clean, organized, and safe condition at all times.

• Continuous Learning & Development: Stay informed on current industry techniques, best practices, and technical methods to enhance team performance and service quality.

• Safety & Accident Prevention: Monitor and enforce safety standards across the site, maintaining a proactive approach to accident prevention and ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.

• Education: A high school diploma, GED, or an equivalent qualification is required.

• Experience: A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience as a maintenance engineer is required.

• Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is a must.
