*Job Description*
One of Hawaii's largest healthcare insurance companies needs a Project Manager for important CMS Interoperability and Data projects. They ideally would be already coming into the role with experience managing large data integration projects. They would be in charge of discovery, project planning, communication, meetings with business stakeholders and ensuring the project is delivered on time and on budget. Responsibilities: * Lead and manage large projects for a health insurer * Conduct discovery and assessment phases for new projects, ensuring comprehensive understanding of requirements and objectives. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders (including Chief Data Officer and providers), to ensure project success. * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. * Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. * Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. * Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status and milestones. * Proven experience as a Project Manager in healthcare and/or data projects. Qualifications: * Strong organizational and project management skills. * Strong understanding of CMS Prior Auth Member and Provider APIs, Payer-to-Payer Data Sharing APIs, and CMS Interoperability Patient Access Reporting a huge plus * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. * PMP or similar project management certification is a plus. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $67.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
