  • Support the selection, design, and configuration of VRF systems based on project specifications and client requirements.

  • Prepare project documentation such as BOMs (Bill of Materials), schedules, and engineering reports.

  • Manage the design and selection process for VRF systems, working closely with sales and engineering teams to provide the best solutions for customer projects.

  • Assist with preparations for new store openings, including ensuring HVAC systems are designed, specified, and installed according to client and regulatory requirements.

  • Create and maintain an efficient sales pipeline system that tracks and organizes sales team actions, ensuring that they have access to the correct and up-to-date information for each project.

  • Monitor and manage project deadlines, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.

  • Assist account managers by gathering and compiling technical data and specifications for customer projects.

  • Support pricing, quoting, and managing customer inquiries related to products and services.

  • Monitor and maintain records for warranties, spare parts, and follow-up services.

  • Ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date and organized for easy access by the sales team.

  • Provide technical support to the sales team during project discussions and presentations with clients.

  • Develop streamlined workflows to improve administrative processes and increase efficiency for sales team members.
