Mgr, Business Operations Mgmt

The Customer Support Business Group focuses on enabling our customers with premier customersupport throughout their lifecycle with Lam. We drive performance, productivity, safety, andquality of customers installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutionsfor their most critical equipment and processes.

In this role you will be a customer focused expert on Lam's aftermarket business drivers and internal cross functional processes that support it. You will help drive predictable financial planning and agile execution for the multibillion-dollar revenue Spares product line, make recommendations and drive programs to improve operational efficiencies, cost structure and gross margin.

• Develop and drive accountability reviews, ensure execution to critical product line commitments and objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to help build solutions that will improve Spares business processes and support critical strategies.
• Ensure timely execution of related projects including change management activities.
• Collaborate with Account Teams (AT) to understand key business drivers impacting revenue and margin forecasts and changes from forecast cycle to cycle.
• Recommend full product line Rev and Margin objective/commitment based on overall risk and opportunities profile.
• Provide actionable insights for management to influence decision making through structured data collection and analysis.
• Develop and refine models to independently forecast revenue and margin for key accounts and contracts.
• In all areas of responsibilities, develop and deliver effective presentations to leadership teams and key stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 8+ years' experience; or equivalent experience.

• Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with supporting a medium to large product line and driving process improvement programs especially in Aftermarket or fast-moving consumer goods space
• Comfortable operating at the intersection of Operations,Finance and Sales.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate and influence in the Matrix, develop and mentor high performance cross functional teams
• High tolerance to ambiguity, bias to action and focus on delivering results

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
