Key Responsibilities:

Safety and Operational Excellence:

Leadership and Team Development:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to new technologies.

  • Prior experience in the welding industry or sales is a plus.
