Onsite Support Services Coordinator Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking an Onsite Support Services Coordinator for ourMid-Atlantic Northteam. This position reports to the Director of Lab & Onsite Support Services. This role is both onsite and in office and is based in Glen Burnie, MD. Responsibilities:
- Onsite Support Services:
- Collaborate with Onsite Support Services manager to maintain quality and build relationships within currently established programs
- Obtain and maintain ID Badges for our largest OSS accounts in PA/MD/VA
- Provide staffing support as necessary to accounts throughout the region
- Provide training support to new Environmental Specialists at routine OSS Accounts
- Assist with OSS Jumpstarts at new clients
- Deliver the WOW
- Work with OSS Manager to schedule and complete site audits in Intelex, manage follow up and CAPA's, and provide on the job training and guidance as necessary
- Support the Technical Services Team in facilitating customer and internal communication
- Host routine account meetings
- Work with OSS manager on accounts and scheduling cadence, follow agenda, update attendance list, take notes, work through follow up
- Safety Culture
- Improve and promote general safety culture
- Active STOP Audit participation member
- Routinely review Health and Safety Plans while working in the field and completing site audits
- Active participant in contract and account reviews with cost recovery team
- Gain baseline knowledge of account contracts
- Be a primary technical resource for the Sales Team regarding OSS work, assist with costing and quoting
- Work with Service Managers to track revenue and profit margins, report on these to Sales and Executive Teams.
- Training:
- Work with Service Managers and Operations Managers to help facilitate YLO trainings and content
- ES Leadership Meetings
- Active participation in senior ES leadership meetings
- Assisting operations manager in scheduling, topics, recruiting
- Generate and administer OSS training content, including on the job training
- Logistics / Scheduling:
- Work with Operations Manager and Service Manager to ensure OSS accounts are fully staffed
- Assist in developing staffing plans for special projects
- Plan monthly staffing meetings with Service Manager and Operations Manager ensuring account continuity and continued growth of the field staff
- Rotating on-call responsibilities as part of our Emergency Response team
Basic Requirements:
- BS in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biology, or other related majors, or equivalent required
- 1+ year(s) of experience in the hazardous waste field, or relative experience
- Prior knowledge, experience, and compliance with DOT, RCRA, and other applicable regulations
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship
- Must have a reliable form of transportation
- Must be willing to consent to Motor Vehicle Record screening, criminal background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen (inclusive of THC)
- Upon employment, you will be required to participate in a random drug screening program (inclusive of THC) as part of our company's commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
- Must be able to lift 60 pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to work overtime on a regular basis
- Must be willing to work flexible hours within the work week (Monday through Friday)
- Must be able to report to the Glen Burnie office within 1 hour during Emergency Response rotating shifts
- The Onsite Support Services Coordinatorfrequently handles hazardous chemicals and biological waste and is responsible for putting on and taking off personal protective equipment. This role is considered safety-sensitive.
Preferred Requirements:
- Prior relevant industry and leadership experience
- Active HAZWOPER 24 or 40 hour certification
- Willingness to obtain Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
