Overview
BigBear.ai is seeking a an experienced System Engineer with knowledge of field-programmable gate arrays (FPGAs).
What you will do
- Leverage hardware engineering skills and knowledge of field programmable gate arrays to support client requirements
- Knowledge of ModelSim, for VHSIC hardware description language (VHDL) or Verilog HDL coding and simulations, and Xilinx tools.
What you need to have
- Clearance - Must possess and maintain an active TS/SI with a Poly clearance
- Education - Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
- Years of Experience - Fourteen (14) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required
- Other - Experienced hardware engineer with knowledge of field-programmable gate arrays (FPGAs). Knowledge of ModelSim, for VHSIC hardware description language (VHDL) or Verilog HDL coding and simulations, and Xilinx tools
What we'd like you to have
- Experience in software languages (Java, C, C++, Ruby on Rails) and operation systems (Unix, Linux, Windows)
