GENERAL SUMMARY:

• Maintains operation of the Coffee Shop in the Manager's absence and provide additional support as outlined below.
• Greets each guest that enters the store within 15 seconds with a verbal or non-verbal greeting, smile and eye contact.
• Proactively engages the guest in conversation.
• Seeks opportunities to educate and suggestively sell.
• Executes all company initiatives.
• Be self directed and independent.
• Ability to interact with the volunteers in a patient and professional manner.
• Be flexible in work schedule to meet the demands of a busy retail environment.
• Demonstrate all qualities of Service Excellence.
• Have a strong ability for attention to detail.
