8am - 5pm EST; Monday - Friday. Occasional after-hours as needed.

Position is eligible for a hybrid remote schedule.

Requires technical knowledge in the field acquired through an apprenticeship, a 2-year degree, or professional certificate. Please contact your Human Resources office for an evaluation of education/experience in lieu of the required minimum qualifications.

The Application Analyst Associate will play an important role within the Student Information Systems ( SIS) team, supporting the effective operation, maintenance, and enhancement of the SIS platform. This position requires collaboration with stakeholders to assist with the institution's academic and administrative functions, providing technical support, and helping ensure that the SIS platform meets the changing needs of students, faculty, and staff. The ideal candidate should have a foundational knowledge of software development principles, including design patterns, code structure, programming languages, continuous integration, and deployment processes. The Application Analyst Associate will provide ongoing analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance services for Student Financials Applications and other system solutions as needed.
