Our mission is to support global commerce and consumer credit transactions by developing and providing actionable data and insights- along with customer-centric tools with which organizations can effectively discern risk and manage credit decisions for the broadest population possible.

As a Global Alternative Credit Data Product Advisor level, you will be responsible for supporting the global strategy for alternative and cash flow data. The role will be responsible for working with multiple international markets to align work done to date with our go-forward strategy across different data assets (e.g., non-furnished data including demand deposit data, cash flow attributes, spend data).

For some markets, this will include a ground-up opportunity assessment, business case, and execution, in others it will require maintaining and growing existing products. You will ensure that these products meet local market needs while maintaining a cohesive global product strategy. You will also be responsible for supporting key partnerships, strategic investments, and M&A opportunities.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience: 7+ years of product management experience, or product adjacent work - with some experience with financial products, underwriting, or lending. Experience with cash flow data is a plus.

  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and external partners.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree a plus

    Impact You'll Make:

    Product Development & Management:

    • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization to delivery for cash flow data products.

    • Maintain the forecast and P&L for the global portfolio of products

    • Manage and optimize existing products, driving continuous improvement based on feedback from internal and external stakeholders.

    • Spearhead the development of new global products that can scale across different regions, tailoring them to the specific requirements of each market while maintaining consistency with global standards.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Engage with regional teams to understand specific market conditions, regulatory environments, and customer behaviors to localize and optimize alternative data products.

    • Act as a global subject matter expert for cash flow underwriting, providing guidance to internal stakeholders on data strategies and product capabilities.

    Roll-Out and Implementation:

    • Support the global roll-out of new underwriting products, working with country teams to ensure smooth adoption and integration into local workflows.

    • Develop a deep understanding of both the buyer and user personas for our products and use these to inform the relevant user journey maps and functional requirement for your product(s)

    • Develop business cases and advocate for investment where needed, including partnering with Market (revenue) and IT (investment) teams

    • Develop detailed go-to-market plans, training, and support materials to aid regional teams in successful product implementation.

    Data-Driven Decision Making:

    • Monitor the competitive landscape to identify gaps, weaknesses and opportunities for our products and their delivery into market.

    • Assess effectiveness of available data sets/sources to make investment and partnership decisions.

    • Utilize data analytics and feedback loops to continuously monitor product performance and customer satisfaction.

    • Use key metrics to drive product iterations, ensuring ongoing market relevance and superior customer experience.

    Risk and Compliance:

    • Ensure that products comply with regulatory standards across all jurisdictions, working closely with legal and compliance teams.
