Our Financial Institutions practice is seeking a highly skilled and experienced associate with 5-8 years of post-JD experience. The ideal candidate will have experience advising banks and other financial institutions (including fintechs, payment platforms and processors, and crypto companies) on a broad range of regulatory and compliance matters, including one or more of the following areas:
Experience advising banks and other clients on supervisory matters, transactions, regulatory and compliance advice, and/or enforcement matters is also valued. Qualifications: * Juris Doctor * Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based. * Successful candidates will have excellent writing skills, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
