A day in the life...

As the Sales & Replenishment Analyst, you will perform customer and business analysis as well as sales and replenishment work to develop and/or strengthen strategic partnerships internally and externally. You will also assist in achieving key business objectives with Walmart and Sam's Club accounts.

What you will be doing:



  • Enable Russell Stover Account Managers to achieve sales budget and annual targets.
  • Create and manage internal reporting that will drive business growth with Walmart, Sam's Club & other Mass Channel accounts.
  • Utilize syndicated data and customer-specific POS to develop actionable insights, strategies, and tactics.
  • Analyze, track, and monitor business results objectives using designated tools (Scintilla, Madrid, Circana etc.).
  • Assess trends, analyze data, and identify key customer opportunities to help build strategic business plans, achieving sales goals and long-term account development.
  • Participate in customer presentation building and meetings.
  • Administration of new and existing item maintenance, distributor documents, sample requisitions, product imaging, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal and customer partners to ensure on-time shipping, ASN tracking, resolve EDI issues, ensure proper inventory at customer facilities, resolve pricing errors, weekly order tracking, etc.
  • Manage relationships with customer replenishment partners in Mass Channel to optimize inventory, facilitate meetings and reporting, and utilize consumption trends and customer forecasting strategies to provide analytical support for accurate forecasting.
  • Understand order and instock drivers, write SSOs, and collaborate with Customer Solutions team to optimize inventory and on time-in full service to customers across Everyday and Seasonal confection.
  • Actively communicate project status, competitive activity, modular audits, and other business-critical information both internally and externally as needed.


The Sales & Replenishment Analyst role is located in the Bentonville, AR area.

(Basic Qualifications)



  • Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of data analysis or sales experience
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)


  • Strong oral and written communication skills.


Do you stand above the rest?

(Preferred Qualifications)



  • Data analysis and/or replenishment experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG).
  • Experience working on Walmart/Sam's business and Mclane/Coremark.
  • Experience in Retail Link/Luminate/Scintilla and preferably Syndicated Data & Madrid.
  • Experience working in Microsoft Power BI.
  • Self- motivated and result-driven mindset will be needed to succeed.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, respond with urgency to requests and remain focused on strategic imperatives.
  • Ability to partner with multiple cross functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
