About the Role

We're looking for several Electrical Craftspeople to help maintain and install electrical systems across our mine sites and facilities. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with a team, and making a real impact in a dynamic environment.

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining, repairing, and installing electrical systems, motors, and pumps.
  • Troubleshooting issues and providing smart, safe solutions.
  • Planning and organizing tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Working independently and within a team to support a culture of safety and excellence.
  • Contributing to our "Zero Harm" work environment, where safety always comes first.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and demonstrating leadership to foster teamwork and respect.

What You'll Bring

  • A strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • 3+ years of experience in mining, heavy equipment maintenance, or an electrical trade.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; we work best when we work together.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Electrical Journeyperson Certification is preferred but not required.
  • Mining industry experience is an asset, but we welcome candidates from all backgrounds.
