Processing of Inbound and Outbound Transfers on the Global Plus system. What you will be doing: * Initiating and tracking of all ACAT and Non-ACAT Asset Transfers. * Initiation of new mutual fund accounts when necessary. * Instructing free receipts and free deliveries utilizing tools of the NSCC and DTCC. * Effecting transactions in the client's accounts to mirror the activity as well as reconciliation of all transactions falls within this role. * Workflow management and attention to detail are requirements for the role. * Will work within short timelines, same day processing. * Significant tax and client experience implications. * Outbound transition of assets as well as cost basis reporting and adjustment lies with this department. * Client facing and critical points of contact with our clients. * 1+ Year with securities operation experience. * 1+ Year experience with inbound and outbound transfers.
