We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Specialist to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will develop products, materials, processes, or equipment for projects of moderate complexity. Under limited supervision, you will compile, analyze, and report operational, test, and research data to establish performance standards for newly designed or modified products, processes, and materials.

Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days required onsite

Pay: $50/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Actively participate in project teams, contributing to product design and development, material testing, specification preparation, process capability studies, research investigations (including animal and clinical studies), report preparation, and process/test documentation.
  • Independently plan and schedule activities to meet project timelines.
  • Design and coordinate standard engineering tests and experiments.
  • Design, procure, and fabricate tooling and fixtures.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to product design, materials, or processes.
  • Analyze test results, draw conclusions, and summarize findings.
  • Prepare standard reports and documentation to communicate results to the technical community.
  • Maintain and manage engineering documentation.
  • Develop concepts and designs for new products or processes and submit idea disclosures.
  • Provide training or work direction to technicians as needed.
  • Collaborate with process development, quality, manufacturing, regulatory, clinical, and marketing teams to ensure project success.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Product Development Process (PDP) and Technology Process Development (TPD) systems through the delivery of high-quality deliverables.


Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience with a BA or 1-3 years with an MBA. Ability to follow and interpret SOP instructions with accuracy. Preferred Experience: Labeling and packaging processes, technical writing and documentation, and working in a regulatory or compliance-driven environment.
