*Job Title*: Technical Support Representative
*Pay*: $27-28/hr *Duration*: 6 months contract-to-hire (conversion usually happens within 6-12 months of contract) *Worksite Address*: Scottsdale, Arizona, 85255-6311 *Description*: *What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)*: * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to various products and software * Build and maintain subject matter expertise of all company products and solutions * Assist customers through multiple communication channels * Report bugs and trends to stakeholders for process improvement * Provide first-class technical support to customers *Enterprise Required Skills*: * Technical support * Troubleshooting * Support * Customer service * Call center * Customer support *Top Skills Details*: *Required (Qualifications)*: * 3+ years technical support experience in software, hardware, web-based solutions, or e-commerce platforms * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proficient with Windows operating systems, mobile devices, and cloud-based solutions * Strong analytical/troubleshooting skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Office * Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background screening. *Preferred Qualifications*: * Fluency in multiple languages * Passion for helping people and solving problems * Self-driven with the ability to work independently * Experience in firearms environment * Ability to articulate technical information to clients with varying IT knowledge *Additional Information*: * Training Schedule: Mon-Fri * Training will be in person at the Scottsdale HQ * Expect to work 3-4 days onsite and 1 remote * 1 month long training followed by nesting *Workplace Type*: Hybrid with potential to eventually be fully on-site in Scottsdale, AZ *Work Environment*: * Call Center Environment * 40% Cases, Emails, Chat - 60% Calls * Calls on average take 10+ minutes * Around 20 Calls a day *Nice to have*: * Law enforcement background * Networking * Excellent Customer Service * Fluent with technology *Estimated Start Date*: Mar-16-2025 *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $28.00/hr.
