We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Technical Support Analysts to join a client's team. The ideal candidate will have experience automotive mechanics and data analysis, with a focus on vehicles. This role involves attending meetings with cross-functional teams, working closely with automotive mechanics, and analyzing vehicle data to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.in
*Key Responsibilities:* * Attend and actively participate in meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss and report back data for others to resolve technical issues. * Collaborate with automotive mechanics to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems. * Analyze vehicle data to identify patterns, trends, and root causes of technical issues. * Provide technical support and guidance to mechanics and other team members. * Document and report findings, solutions, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders. * Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and industry trends. * Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. *Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related experience * Proven experience in automotive mechanics and technical support with vehicles * Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex vehicle data. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in diagnostic tools and software used in the automotive industry. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Experience with Jira is nice to have For the right candidate pay can vary beyond the posted pay range *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
