Oracle Principal Architect - Associate Director - 00062909351

As a Principal Architect with 16 to 20 years of experience you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL) Oracle Integration Cloud Oracle File-Based Data Import and Oracle Cloud ERP solutions. You will leverage your expertise in IT Consulting and Analytics to drive impactful projects in a hybrid work model. This role does not require travel.

Own the design and implementation of Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL) solutions to ensure flawless data integration.

Oversee the development and deployment of Oracle Integration Cloud to improve system connectivity.

Provide expertise in Oracle File-Based Data Import to streamline data migration processes.

Implement Oracle Cloud ERP solutions to optimize enterprise resource planning.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

Develop and maintain technical documentation for all implemented solutions.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all projects.

Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve potential issues.

Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Engage with stakeholders to provide technical insights and recommendations.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Utilize IT Consulting and Analytics skills to drive data-driven decision-making.

Contribute to the companies mission by delivering high-quality impactful solutions.

Possess extensive experience in Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL) Oracle Integration Cloud Oracle File-Based Data Import and Oracle Cloud ERP.

Demonstrate strong IT Consulting skills to effectively analyze and address client needs.

Exhibit proficiency in Analytics to support data-driven strategies.

Have a proven track record of leading complex technical projects.

Showcase excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Hold a degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.

The annual salary for this position is between $160,000/Year to $180,000/Year depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
