The Senior Lead Product Manager of Network Tools Enablement will be responsible for overseeing the roadmap development, business case prioritization, solution development, delivery, and lifecycle management associated with the Network Fulfillment aspects of product delivery. The successful candidate will engage with the product and other partner organizations to deliver fulfillment solutions on key initiatives. From these initiatives network fulfillment tools roadmap will be developed.

Responsibilities include leading various activities for key product management deliverables, including manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships, measure feature health post launch, and make data-driven recommendations for feature optimization.

A successful candidate will have proven ability collaborate both directly and cross-functionally, in a complex matrix organization, build strong collaborative relationships, communicate effectively and "get things done" quickly and efficiently. He/She should also have a strong technical aptitude with practical experience in service provider networks, particularly MSO/cable, and successful product development or inventory experience is highly desired.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sets direction, and defines roadmap to develop and execute a comprehensive approach to deliver one or more products, capabilities, services or enhancements in accordance with product roadmap(s).
  • Generates fresh perspectives, breakthrough ideas and new approaches that create value for the Engineering and Construction organizations.
  • Works with Field resources to interpret customer and business needs and translate them into application, system, technical and operational requirements for Engineering and Construction tool solutions.
  • Attend recurring meetings and work as needed across multiple toolset initiatives.
  • Leads, engages, and participates in projects/applications requirement sessions to ensure proper technical requirements are clearly documented, testable, and managed.
  • Will work closely with business and boundary partners to support application lifecycle from development through implementation.
  • Provides measurable input into new products, processes, standards and/or operational plans.
  • Determines impact on existing applications & databases based on requirements.
  • Develops technical documentation, processes, installation procedures and service guides, application training information and may assist in the development of end-to-end documentation for various projects and supported products/applications.
  • Reviews vendor documents as appropriate including detailed functional specifications, to determine if vendor solutions meet Cox requirements.
  • Possesses a clear understanding of the business, and a deep understanding of respective domain architectures (business, information, application, technology).
  • Solves unique problems that have a broad impact on the business.
  • Develops solutions to complex problems using ingenuity, creativity and new ways of thinking and approach.
  • Serves as project leader on large, complex engagements requiring in-depth data evaluation and critical thinking.


Skills and Qualifications

Minimum

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8 years' experience in a related field(e.g. Technology, Inventory, Process Improvement, etc.)
  • The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 6 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years' experience in a related field; or 20 years' experience in a related field
  • Experience in telecommunications or high-tech environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaborative and communication skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization.
  • Demonstrate strong technical and market knowledge.


USD 119,600.00 - 199,400.00 per year

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $119,600.00 - $199,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Benefits:

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
