Role & Responsibilities: The Program Coordinator will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing daily activities and programs tailored to the needs and interests of the individuals with disabilities. This may include recreational activities, educational sessions, social outings, and life skills development. They will also oversee a team of support staff by providing guidance, supervision, and training to ensure that they are equipped to effectively support individuals with disabilities.
