The Richfield Public School District is now accepting applications for a full time Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the district's human resources services in compliance with applicable laws, contracts, policies, and procedures. This role ensures that HR functions are executed efficiently to support district goals and drive continuous improvement. The position oversees all aspects of Human Resources related to teachers/certified staff and classified management staff. Additionally, it serves as a key resource for HR Coordinators and provides work direction to the HR Administrative Assistant.

Qualifications:

- Five years experience in human resources administration with experience in a public school preferred.
- Public or school experience preferred.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems is desired.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, human resources or a closely related field.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
