Position Title: CDL Driver
Wage: $18.50-$21.00/Hour Shift: 1st Shift Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday-Friday and 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM on Saturdays Join this team as a Seasonal Delivery Driver (Class A CDL & Class D CDL) and be a vital part of the mission to deliver top-quality agricultural products across central Wisconsin. CDL Driver Responsibilities: - Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments - Pick, pack, and prepare order for delivery - Load and unload delivery vehicles - Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers and pickup products from suppliers - Ensure the warehouse (and facility) is clean, organized, and safe - Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks - Follow all safety protocols and company policies - Provide excellent customer service during deliveries - Work with other departments when necessary to ensure smooth operations - Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor Requirements for CDL Driver: - High school diploma or equivalent - Agricultural or farming experience preferred - Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record - CDL Class A - Proven experience in a warehouse or delivery role - Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
