About the Position:

Juniper Marketing is responsible for the full spectrum of marketing activities. While our interns are assigned to specific, real business impacting projects they are also exposed to the other marketing functions for networking and learning. Possible marketing functions for Spring 2025 include:

• Portfolio and Product Marketing: Develops differentiated product and solution messaging and defines value proposition for Juniper sales and customers.
• Demand Generation: Creates campaigns that drive preference, generate leads and increase awareness.
• Marketing Operations: Optimizes marketing technology tools by leveraging existing applications or adopting new technology to bring value to the organization.
• Analyst Relations: Nurtures relationship with industry analyst and influencers to drive brand awareness.
• Information Experience: Technical writing for product and solution documentation.
• Global Field and Partner Marketing: Responsible for the integrated work with the sales organization and ensures that partners are an integral part of every product, solution, program and demand-generation campaign that Juniper launches.
• Marketing Analytics and Insights: Build data science models in the marketing organization to help drive pipeline for the business

• Demonstrate the ability to learn on the fly and the desire to explore curiosities in all areas of marketing.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, CS, EE or other applicable degree.
• Microsoft Office suite
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently
• An open mind and willingness to learn from a talented team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Networking and/or tech industry familiarity

Minimum Salary: $66,399.84

Maximum Salary:$95,450.37

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $66,399.84 and $95,450.37/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
