We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated full stack Senior Software Engineer to join our Ring 0 Services team in Microsoft Intune. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in architecting the core services that power Intune. You will have the opportunity to work on complex engineering problems related to distributed systems with a focus on scalability, reliability & availability. You will also collaborate with a talented team of engineers and researchers to design and develop cloud services that transform the way our customers manage and secure their devices. ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and operate highly scalable cloud services for Intune Grouping and Targeting, the foundational framework that powers the daily management of hundreds of millions of devices worldwide. As a Senior engineer, your responsibilities would include the following: Architecture and DesignSpearhead the design of highly scalable cloud services, prioritizing customer needs and crafting user-centric solutions that excel in usability and user satisfaction.Technical Problem-Solving and InnovationTackle complex technical challenges, balancing customer requirements with innovative solutions that elevate the user experience and drive customer satisfaction.Project LeadershipChampion high-impact development projects, adopting a customer-first mindset to ensure seamless alignment with business objectives, timelines, and user expectations, while mitigating technical risks to deliver user-centric solutions.Mentorship and CollaborationNurture the growth of engineers, instilling a customer-centric development culture and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver top-tier software solutions that address user pain points.OtherEmbody our culture and values
