The Role:

We are looking for our next Talent Onboarding Coordinator within our Talent Acquistion and Onboarding team. The Talent Onboarding Coordinator will oversee all aspects of the pre-employment and onboarding process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of forms, clearances, and Workday tasks, all while maintaining data integrity. You'll also provide outstanding service to both internal and external stakeholders, building excitement for new hires as they prepare for their first day. The Talent Onboarding Coordinator will support both the US and Canada.

This position is located in Lower Gwynedd, PA

Compensation:

The current salary range for this role is estimated to be $63,840- $82,100. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation. The specific compensation offered to a candidate will be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

What You'll Do:

  • Guide new hires through onboarding, creating schedules and leading orientation on their first day.

  • Act as a main point of contact for new hires and manage post-offer communication, responding to inquiries in a timely manner.

  • Manage background checks, Form I-9, and E-Verify processes for U.S. hires to ensure compliance.

  • Update and facilitate orientation programs; maintain electronic personnel records and onboarding documentation.

  • Support the HR team with process documentation, creating streamlined workflows, and updating SOPs.

  • Provide initial support for employee inquiries, helping with self-service resources and directing queries to the right HR sources.

  • Act as liaison between new hires and the Mobility team to collect initial information for visa sponsorship related processes, partner closely to ensure a seamless process.

  • Assist with HR projects, system upgrades, and regional initiatives aimed at process improvements and digitalization.

  • Skilled in delivering outstanding service to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Adaptable in managing diverse onboarding processes to meet unique situations.

  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition Coordinator with recruiting related tasks as needed.

  • Additional responsibilities as needed.

What You'll Need:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in either Business, Human Resources, Business Information Systems, or a related field

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience facilitating and/or managing onboarding and pre-hire processes, and new-hire orientation

  • Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to task management

  • Strong knowledge of HR-related information technology including Workday

  • Bargaining unit knowledge and experience supporting a unionized workforce preferred

  • High level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity; ability to exercise appropriate judgment

Business Travel:

  • Up to 10% domestic travel is required
