Lenovo Intelligent Devices Group (IDG) is seeking a self-motivated intern to capture, organize and offer insights related to potential improvement areas in key OEM Portfolio processes. You will work with a cross-functional team that includes product managers, project managers, and key strategic suppliers, to complete this process documentation and improvement project.

The successful candidate will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically. This person will be responsible for learning, understanding, and documenting current processes used in the OEM Portfolio team. They will have the opportunity to offer recommendations for process improvement areas and/or tools that should be explored to gain efficiencies based on their experience. The candidate will need to have the ability to work independently as a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity in an ever-evolving environment, and adapt messaging across different audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn and develop new skills, including communicating clearly and convincingly. While they will need to work independently, they will have support within the organization to help guide and provide feedback.

You are an ideal candidate for this role if:

Basic Qualifications:

* Your current undergraduate or graduate student studies are in the fields of business management, project management, or related

* You have experience in or a desire to learn about the field of product management

* You are process and detail oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

* You have a spirit of entrepreneurship with high-energy and a proactive style

* You are comfortable asking questions and doing the due diligence to understand the landscape

* You are a self-starter and can juggle multiple priorities simultaneously

* You have strong written and verbal communications skills

* You possess good time management and organizational skills

* You are creative and adaptable
