Compensation Range:18.00-21.00/hr

Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and/or location.

Job Purpose

As an Instructional Design / eLearning Intern, you will support the design, development, and implementation of interactive and innovative eLearning solutions. Additionally, you will bring a creative lens to designing templates and resources for ILT and vILT experiences. You will collaborate with our talent team and subject matter experts (SMEs) to enhance our training programs using modern instructional design principles and cutting-edge technology.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in designing and developing engaging eLearning modules using tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or other authoring software.
  • Support instructional design projects by conducting research, scripting content, and structuring course materials.
  • Help modernize and enhance existing training materials with fresh visuals, interactivity, and multimedia elements.
  • Design PowerPoint templates, learner resources, and other materials to support live training sessions.
  • Develop engaging job aids, facilitator guides, and supplemental training materials for instructor-led training (ILT) and virtual instructor-led training (vILT).
  • Collaborate with team members to create graphics, animations, and video elements for eLearning courses.
  • Test and troubleshoot eLearning modules to ensure functionality, user experience, and accessibility.
  • Stay up to date with the latest eLearning trends and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning & Development, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Communication Design, or a related field. Strong creativity and design skills.
  • Familiarity with instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.
  • Basic multimedia editing skills (e.g., video editing, graphic design, or animation).
  • Experience with visual storytelling, branding, and layout design.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for modernizing learning experiences with fresh, engaging approaches.
  • Experience in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, or Adobe Captivate are a plus.
  • Overall GPA requirement of 3.0or higher
