Job Overview:

We are excited to offer a 12-week remote paid Technology Services and Solutions Internship within our Global Technology Transformation Office. This internship provides hands-on experience in product development, roadmap planning, and technology transformation initiatives, working alongside our experienced IT Infrastructure and Operations teams. You will gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies, including end-user and cloud computing, AI and machine learning, cybersecurity, technical project management, and agile software development.

As an intern, you will work in the Product Space - Product Owner Grants Payment area, gaining valuable experience in developing a product roadmap. You will partner with a Product Owner to contribute to the strategic planning and execution of product initiatives while supporting various IT transformation projects.

Internship Focus Areas:
  • Product Space - Product Owner Grants Payment area: Gain hands-on experience developing a product roadmap.

  • Modern workplace - User experience technology transformation

  • Technical debt and application modernization transformation

  • Cloud Center of Excellence formation

  • IT Service Operation Center of Excellence sustainability

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with a Product Owner to develop and refine a product roadmap.

  • Gain exposure to strategic product planning and execution in a real-world technology setting.

  • Generate, review, and resolve data queries to maintain data accuracy.

  • Assist in validating Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Contribute to the creation and review of Data Management Plans (DMP), Edit Check Specifications, and Vendor Data Plans.

  • Perform consistency checks, data listings reviews, and support database archiving tasks.

  • Gain experience in technical project management, IT service operations, and software development methodologies.

  • Participate in career development workshops, team-building challenges, and executive mentorship.

Education & Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT-related fields, Project Management tracks, or a STEM discipline.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen interest in product development and technology transformation.

  • Experience using Excel, MS tools, and other software applications.

  • Up-to-date with industry standards, trending software, and IT development tools.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
