The Human Resources business Partner (HRBP) is a critical business partner and strategic leader, providing expert guidance on all HR-related matters. This role drives HR strategy, cultivates a high-performance culture, and ensures the flawless execution of people initiatives that directly impact business success. Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership & Advisory * Serve as a trusted HR advisor, offering strategic counsel to employees, managers, and leadership teams to align HR initiatives with business goals. * Develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success, enhance employee engagement, and foster a culture of high performance. * Provide expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management to optimize business operations. Employee Relations & Culture * Champion a positive and high-performing workplace culture through proactive engagement and communication. * Address and resolve employee relations matters with fairness, consistency, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. * Lead investigations on workplace concerns, ensuring ethical decision-making and risk mitigation. Talent & Performance Management * Drive performance management processes by coaching managers on feedback, goal setting, and employee development strategies. * Identify and address talent gaps, working closely with leadership and recruitment to implement effective hiring and retention strategies. * Lead initiatives for leadership development, succession planning, and career growth opportunities. Collaboration & Communication * Partner with HR centers of expertise, including Total Rewards, HR Operations, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition, to deliver comprehensive HR solutions. * Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive HR initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness. * Serve as a key communicator of HR policies, changes, and business initiatives, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field required. * 5+ years of progressive HRBP experience, including strategic business partnering and employee relations. * Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and change management principles. * Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and drive business-focused HR strategies. * Exceptional ability to communicate effectively, build strong relationships, and solve complex problems with a strategic and people-centric approach. * Proven experience leading HR initiatives that impact business growth, talent development, and workplace culture. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities with a strategic mindset.
