What You Will Be Doing

ChargePoint is seeking a strong product leader to drive the development and execution of eMobility solutions for e-Mobility Service Providers (eMSPs), including Auto OEMs, fleet operators, and charging network operators. Our B2B eMSP software platform enables our customers to build a worldclass charging experience for their EV drivers under their own brand. This role requires someone who can define market-driven strategies, prioritize key product investments, and collaborate cross-functionally to build scalable, API-driven & white-label B2B solutions.

In this role, you will;



  • Define and drive the product vision and strategy for ChargePoint's B2B eMSP solution portfolio, aligning with corporate objectives and market evolution
  • Translate market insights into high-impact business opportunities, shaping product investments to drive revenue growth and differentiation
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, roadmap definition, feature prioritization, and launch execution
  • Guide pricing, monetization strategies, and go-to-market execution in collaboration with commercial and sales leadership
  • Interact with senior leaders at strategic customers and partners from a variety of segments, including automakers, fuel card providers, and fleet management companies to inform product decisions, while helping commercial team win their business
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with engineering, sales, marketing, business development, operations, and finance to bring scalable solutions to marketthe market


What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree is desired; MBA, Economics, or equivalent business experience is a plus
  • 12+ years of experience in Product Management, including leadership roles, ideally in eMobility, automotive, fleet, energy, or fintech sectors
  • Proven track record in defining and launching API-driven B2B platforms and/or white-label solutions
  • Bias towards action and experience in leading cross-functional teams in a complex, high-growth, global environment
  • Strong business acumen and comfort shaping strategy, influencing revenue models, and working closely with executives
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging C-level executives, partners, and external customers
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using data to inform priorities and evaluate impact of initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and soft-influence skills
  • Passionate about ChargePoint and our mission
  • Language: English

Campbell, CA(note - high involvement with colleagues in EU time-zone)

ChargePoint is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $105,000 to $250,000. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications and specific work location.
