Description Operate equipment and perform duties in a manner that promotes safety for the position and all employees on shift. Requires knowledge of all lockout/tag out procedures for equipment used in all areas of Polyco and production Ensure timely movement of material trailers between the main plant and Polyco to ensure no stock outs occur Ensure weighing of all trailers is completed daily Inspect trailers for damage daily to ensure the fleet remains intact (specifically trailers that are moved) Load shell stock requests and any other material daily as requested by the plant Unloading and put away of inbound shell stock loads and packaging as required Unloading of pallet and gaylord trailers from the plant Assist in plant film and repro loading for the plant Perform bulk loading of material for the plant when required Assist in cleanup and organization of the warehouse Work overtime as required Learn and assist as needed in the inbound film and marshalling process Requires operational certification and practical demonstration to operate rolling stock. Requires knowledge of quality specifications for all Trex materials. Ability to decipher and complete required documentation as necessary for the driving position Work well in a team environment with the desire to learn and clearly communicate with Supervisor, Team Leaders, Maintenance, and coworkers Any additional duties as assigned by management Qualifications Behaviors Team Player - Works well as a member of a group Detail Oriented - Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well Dedicated - Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity Motivations Self-Starter - Inspired to perform without outside help
